Muhammad Academy's Online Store Purchasing Policy

By placing an order through the Muhammad Academy's online store, I understand and agree to the following terms:

  1. ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • No exchanges, refunds, or credits will be issued.

  • If I receive an item that is defective or damaged, Muhammad Academy will replace it with the same or similar item, unless the product is no longer available.

  • If the product is no longer available, I can receive store credit for the full amount paid.

   2. NOTIFICATION OF DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

  • I must notify Muhammad Academy within 7 days of the delivery date via email at info@muhammadacademy.com to request a replacement or store credit.

  • Social media notifications will not be accepted as official communication.

   3. SIZE DISSATISFACTION

  • Size dissatisfaction is not considered a defect.

  • I understand it is my responsibility to read the product description and check the sizing details provided against my size.

   4. SHIPPING INFORMATION

  • I confirm that my shipping address and contact information are correct.

  • Muhammad Academy is not responsible for incorrect shipping address errors.

  • If an item is returned to Muhammad Academy due to an incorrect address, I will be responsible for covering the shipping cost to resend the purchase.

   5. PICKUP OPTION

  • Pickup is only available for items labeled as “Pickup Only.”

  • If I select the pickup option for an item that does not qualify, my order may be canceled or delayed until proper shipping arrangements are made.

  • Muhammad Academy will contact me for any necessary shipping fee adjustments if I mistakenly select the pickup option.

   6. LOST OR STOLEN ITEMS

  • Muhammad Academy is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

  • Once my item(s) are scanned into the selected carrier’s system (USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL), I must contact the carrier directly for delivery status or lost package claims.

   7. PRE-ORDER ITEMS

  • It is my responsibility to verify if an item is a pre-order item before purchasing.

  • I understand that pre-orders are subject to longer shipping times, as outlined in the product description.
